    ALl I can say is, that I know Essential Core, IS highly solubile. It's a fairly big tablet so I put it in my mouth to chew it some before swollowing it and couldn't get to a glass of water right away. Within, I would say, less than a minute, it had complety dissolved in my mouth. I was VERY impressed knowing that it is for sure highly solubile. I have NEVER had a vitamin tablet melt in my mouth before like that. I'm just starting to take them so will update later. I believe that these products are top of the line in nutrition and am anxious to start using them as part of my daily nutrition routine.
