Adequate levels of Vitamin D3 are considered by many scientists to be truly essential to an enjoyable wellness experience. In the case of Vitamin D, our bodies produce it, as opposed to derive it from diet. Sunshine is the big player in the process. If we get adequate exposure to the sun, the body will produce enough Vitamin D for our needs. In fact, it will stockpile Vitamin D for times when we cannot get adequate sun, such as in winter.
However, with the lifestyles most of us live going from our home to our car to our place of work and back every day we don’t get much sun. Then we cover up to protect from too much sun, and the result can be that our bodies do not produce all the Vitamin D we need. Supplementation with vitamin D3 is a great way to help your body deal with such conditions. There is a tremendous amount of research by leading universities in the U.S. that supports this position.
Many in these studies have noted that adequate levels of vitamin D3 may contribute to healthy blood sugar levels, a healthy heart, good body weight, healthy brain activity, a healthy immune system, healthy skin, and just plain all around wellness. We recommend also including our ReVigorate supplement along with the Brighter Day™ Sunshine Lozenge to help the body do what it does best. The nutrient density of the sprout powders in ReVigorate, along with the Cholecalciferol in Brighter Day™ will contribute positively to your wellness experience.
Years ago researchers assumed those who lived in northern climates were the only ones who didn’t get enough sun but, recent new information is revealing otherwise. Many can attest to the natural overall feeling of well-being when they spend time outside on a bright sunny spring day. A picnic on a sunny summer day always makes us feel good. We’re eating fresh fruits and veggies and getting sunshine on our skin. "What more could a healthy body want?" we are inclined to ask ourselves. So to support that summertime wellness experience in the “off season” and on workdays when you can’t go on a picnic, we suggest that you supplement with ReVigorate and Brighter Day.
